The same 30,000 sq. ft. Lancaster County shop, 23-foot ceilings, 10-ton crane, and 20’x50′ paint booth handle welding and custom fabrication for one-off pieces and full production runs in galvanized steel, mild steel, aluminum, and stainless.
Capabilities on the CK Laser & Fabrication side include:
- Galvanized steel welding: a specialty, with shop ventilation and fresh air welding helmets that let our welders handle galvanized work safely.
- TIG, MIG, and stick welding: a diverse line of welding equipment for multiple applications.
- Machining and metal sawing: a heavy-duty Warner Swasey lathe and a precision CNC bundle saw with 20″x20″ capacity.
- Tube bending: up to schedule 40, 2-inch round or square tube.
- Precision cutting and forming: Fiber laser cutting and CNC press brake work under the same roof.
- Metal stairways and handrails: manufactured and installed.
- Painting and design support: a 20’x50′ paint booth, with QCAD design and prints available for your project.
