What You Can Do with CK Headlocks
Our headlocks make everyday herd management faster and safer. With a simple flip of a lever you can catch and hold a single animal, or lock an entire row with one handle for:
- Feeding and feed-bunk management
- Health checks and veterinary exams

- Sorting, weaning, and starting calves
Each headlock features a simple latch mechanism that requires no field adjustment, plus spring-loaded neck bars for quick removals and adjustments. Every yoke has an individual lock for selective animal control, and each unit can function as bottom release or conventional. Our cushioned stops reduce noise and increase cow comfort, so handling stays calm and safe.

Cattle Headlocks Built for Your Herd
CK Manufacturing headlocks and stanchions are made for operations of every size. Whether you need headlocks for cows, heifers, or calves, our designs are built to last and to keep your herd comfortable and secure. Every size is available in round or square tubing, in galvanized or powder-coated steel.
Our headlock series include:
- Calf Headlocks: Spaced on 16″ centers with easy adjustability for 4½” and 6″ openings. The 28″ high fence suits animals weighing 250 to 600 lbs.
- Heifer Headlocks: Spaced on 17¾” centers with adjustment for 6″ and 7½” openings. The 38″ high fence is built for animals 600 lbs and up.
- Cow Headlocks: 23″ center spacing with a 7½” yoke opening. The 38″ high fence is designed for animals 1,000 lbs and up.
- Bull & Hospital Headlocks: Heavy-duty headlocks built for your largest animals and for treatment areas, available in 48″ high configurations.
Round posts can be curb-mounted or mounted on concrete bunks, and we provide inline, facemount, and tipout mounting options. Additional headlock sizes and styles are available in our full brochure.
